Space Availability - Matthews-Fuller Health Sciences Library

Matthews-Fuller Library collaboration rooms may be booked during public hours by Dartmouth College and DHMC students, staff, and faculty.  They are available for groups of two or more. Groups may ask lone occupants to vacate, even if reserved.

Matthews-Fuller Collaboration Room Policies

• Rooms may be reserved for up to 2 hours per day, with a limit of one reservation
• Do not leave personal belongings in the room
  • Leaving personal belongings does not book or hold the room
  • Staff will remove items if the room is booked by another group
• Rooms may not be reserved for classes, department meetings, or other events
• Rooms must be vacated for groups who have booked them
• Rooms may be reserved up to 7 days in advance
• If you do not arrive within the first 15 minutes of your booking time, you forfeit use of the room
• Rooms not booked may be used on a first come, first served basis
• Set cell phones to low volume or vibrate
